New position

HUB offers you a very dynamic position as part of an innovative, and internationally oriented, fast growing, organization. Our expansion brings new and interesting challenges in the coming years which will support the implementation of Organoid models and services. The director’s position is a new position within HUB to establish and expand a service and customer oriented department for our drug development and screening platforms. You will closely collaborate with the research, operation, sales & marketing, and the management team, to help further implement and optimize our technology.

Job Description

• You will head the HUB departments involved in executing HUB services for Pharma Industry and Biotech.
• You support the team involved in the scientific and technical conception of projects together with our Business Development & Sales department.
• You are accountable for the service execution for all service departments. In collaboration with Program Management you will be accountable for leading the heads of the service departments to meet timelines, manage resources, budgets, and report on progress & deliverables, to order offer excellent customer services.
• Together with the MT you will support the growth of the organization and help optimize and scale the services.
• You contribute to the development and achievement of the HUB Organoid’s strategic goals.

Job Requirements

PhD in Life Sciences

Background, preferably in pre-clinical CRO service companies

7+ years experience in managing laboratory groups in industry in either product development or services

Experience in Project Management processes

Analytical, pragmatic, clear communication, direct and flexible

Proficiency in English is a must

• Salary range EUR 95.000,- - EUR 110.000,- 
• A one year contract, with outlook on a permanent position
